Terms of Service
Last updated
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of TrackFutures (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
What TrackFutures is (and isn't)
TrackFutures is a bet-tracking, analytics, and information tool for season-long and tournament futures bets. It lets you record positions you have placed elsewhere — including multi-leg parlays — and see their live status, standings, and mark-to-market value against odds we collect from sportsbooks and prediction markets.
TrackFutures is not a sportsbook or gambling operator. We do not accept, place, or settle wagers, we do not take custody of funds, and we do not facilitate any betting transaction. Nothing on the Service is betting, financial, or investment advice.
Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old, or the minimum legal age for sports wagering in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and you must use the Service only where it is lawful to do so.
Accounts
Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting an account removes your saved bets and portfolio data; see our Privacy Policy for what that covers.
Plans, pricing, and early access
The Service is offered on a Free plan and a Pro plan. During early access, every account has the full Pro feature set at no cost. We do not ask for a payment method to create an account and we do not have a card on file for you, so nothing you do today can result in a charge.
The Free plan will remain available at no cost. It limits how many open futures you can actively track (currently 10). If paid Pro plans begin and you have not chosen to upgrade, your account moves to the Free plan: nothing you have recorded is deleted, but positions beyond the Free limit become read-only until you upgrade or they settle.
We will give account holders advance notice by email before paid pricing starts, and you will never be charged without an explicit purchase. When paid plans launch, these Terms will be supplemented by billing terms covering payment, renewal, and cancellation, and payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor.
Plan contents may change. Features described as “coming soon” are our current plans, not commitments, and may be changed, delayed, or dropped. We may also adjust or withdraw features on either plan, and will not make material reductions to a plan you are paying for without notice.
Bet-slip import and other AI-assisted features
Bet-slip import lets you upload a screenshot of a slip so it can be read automatically. The image is sent to a third-party AI vision service that transcribes the printed text; TrackFutures then matches that text against our odds boards. The result is a draft for you to review — no bet is saved until you confirm it. How the image is handled is described in the Privacy Policy.
You may only upload bet slips that are yours, and you must not upload images containing another person’s personal information. You confirm you have the right to submit any image you upload.
Automated reading is imperfect. It can misread odds, stakes, dates, or selections, and it can miss a leg of a parlay. Where the system detects that it may not have read a slip completely, it refuses the import rather than saving a partial one, but that check is not a guarantee. Always verify every figure against your sportsbook before confirming, and treat your sportsbook’s record — not ours — as authoritative.
Because each read has a real cost, imports are subject to per-account usage limits that we may change without notice. Do not script or otherwise automate the feature. We may modify, limit, or discontinue AI-assisted features at any time.
Bets and content you add
You keep ownership of the bets, notes, and preferences you record. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content in order to operate the Service for you — for example, to price your positions, settle them against results, and build your portfolio history — and to produce aggregated, de-identified statistics that do not identify you or your account. We do not publish your portfolio publicly.
Public portfolios shown in Discover are curated by us from publicly available posts. They are not other users’ accounts, and they are not affiliated with or endorsed by the accounts shown. If you are featured and would like to be removed, email us and we will do so.
Data accuracy
Live statistics, standings, odds, mark-to-market values, parlay valuations, and imported bet details are sourced from third-party data feeds, public market prices, and automated screenshot reading, and are provided on an “as is” basis. They may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Prices shown for a market are not offers and may not be available to you at any sportsbook. You should independently verify any figure before relying on it.
Sportsbooks, exchanges, and third-party marks
Sportsbook, exchange, league, team, and player names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the markets and results we display. TrackFutures is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any sportsbook, exchange, league, or team, and we have no relationship with them regarding any bet you place.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by scraping at scale, interfering with its operation, attempting to access it in an unauthorized way, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
You also agree not to circumvent plan limits or usage limits (including by creating multiple accounts), automate bet-slip import or other metered features, upload images you do not have the right to submit, or resell, redistribute, or systematically extract the odds and market data the Service displays.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or to a particular feature, if you breach these Terms, if an account is being used abusively, or if we need to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including disclaimers, limitation of liability, and acceptable use — do.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrackFutures is not liable for any losses arising from your use of the Service, from reliance on any information it displays, from errors in automated bet-slip reading or market pricing, from any interruption or loss of data, or from any betting decisions you make.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
