Information we collect

Account information. If you create an account, we collect your email address and authentication details, plus a display name if you set one.

Bets and preferences. The positions you record — teams or players, markets, stakes, odds, dates, and sportsbook — along with the settings and onboarding choices you make, such as which sportsbooks you use. This is the data the Service exists to show back to you, and it is stored against your account.

Bet-slip screenshots. If you use bet-slip import, the image you upload is processed as described below. We do not store the image.

Waitlist information. If you joined the early-access waitlist, we collected the email address and sport interests you provided.

Usage data. We collect basic, largely aggregated analytics about how the Service is used (for example, pages viewed and approximate region) to understand and improve it.

Bet-slip import and AI processing

Bet-slip import reads a screenshot so you don’t have to type a slip in by hand. Here is exactly what happens to that image:

Before it leaves your device. Your browser resizes and re-encodes the screenshot. That strips embedded metadata, including any location data a phone screenshot or photo may carry.

Where it goes. The image is sent to Fireworks AI, a third-party hosted model provider, which transcribes the printed text and returns it to us. It is used only to fulfil your request.

What is read.The model is instructed to extract only betting details — the sportsbook, the selections, the market, the odds, the stake, and the dates. It is instructed never to extract account numbers, balances, bet IDs, or the account holder’s name.

What we keep.Nothing of the image. We do not save it to our database or file storage, and we do not log it. What we do record for each import is a usage row: the time, whether it succeeded, which model ran, how long it took, token counts, how many legs were found and matched, and any printed market wording we could not map (for example “Anytime TD Scorer”) so we can add support for it. That row is also how per-account import limits are enforced.

What is saved as a bet. Only what you confirm. The import produces a draft you review; nothing is written to your portfolio until you accept it.

How we use information

We use your information to operate and improve the Service — including pricing and settling the positions you track, reading slips you upload, and producing your portfolio history — to notify you about product updates and changes to your plan, to secure accounts and prevent abuse of metered features, and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Cookies and analytics

We use cookies that are necessary to run the Service: they keep you signed in and secure your session. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.

For product analytics we use Vercel Analytics, which reports aggregated page and traffic data and does not use cookies to track you across sites. If you use the Service without an account, some data (such as demo bets) is stored only in your own browser and never reaches us.

Plans and payments

During early access the Service is free and we do not collect or store any payment information — there is no card on file for your account. If paid plans launch, card details will be handled directly by a third-party payment processor; we would receive only subscription status and billing metadata, never full card numbers.

Service providers

We rely on trusted third parties to run the Service: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting and analytics), Fireworks AI (bet-slip screenshot reading), and sports-data and odds providers whose market data we display. These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to deliver the Service. They may process data in the United States or other countries.

Odds and results providers receive no information about you or your bets — we request public market data, not anything tied to your account.

Data retention

We keep your account information and tracked bets for as long as your account is active. Bet-slip images are never retained. Import usage rows are kept as long as needed to enforce usage limits and improve market matching. Waitlist entries are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Deleting your account removes your profile, bets, and bet legs. Backups and aggregated, de-identified statistics may persist for a limited period.

Security

Access to your data is restricted at the database level so that an account can only read its own rows, and administrative operations run server-side. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information and will notify you if a breach affecting your data requires it.

Your choices and rights

You can review and update your account details in Settings, and delete your account there at any time. You can unsubscribe from product emails using the link in any message; we will still send essential account and billing notices.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a decision we make about such a request. Because we do not sell or share personal information for advertising, there is nothing to opt out of on that front. Contact us to exercise any of these rights; we will respond consistent with applicable law and will not discriminate against you for asking.

Children

The Service is intended for adults of legal wagering age and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
