Help & Contact
Answers to the things people ask most — and how to reach us when they don't cover it.
Email us
hello@trackfutures.com reaches a person. We aim to reply within two business days.
Writing about your account? Send it from the address you signed up with, so we know it's you. Never email us a password.
I can't sign in
Use the password reset form and we'll email you a link; it expires in about an hour. If it doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder and confirm you're using the address you signed up with — for privacy reasons the form says the same thing whether or not an account exists, so a typo looks identical to success.
If you signed up with Google, there's no password on the account to reset — sign in with the Google button instead. You can add a password from the same reset link if you'd rather use one.
Still locked out after that? Email us from the address on the account and we'll sort it out.
A screenshot import didn't work
If we can't read a slip with confidence, we refuse it rather than import part of it — half of an eight-leg parlay would be a wrong bet, tracked as if it were right. So “we couldn't read this one” is the feature working, not the feature failing.
The usual fix is a fuller screenshot: capture the whole slip, with every leg and the stake visible and nothing cropped or scrolled out of frame. Screenshots beat photos of a screen.
If a slip reads fine but a selection comes back unmatched, it's usually a market wording we haven't mapped yet. Send us the screenshot — those reports are exactly how the list of recognized wordings grows. You can always add the bet by hand in the meantime.
Where do the odds come from?
Prices come from sportsbooks and prediction markets — currently DraftKings, FanDuel, Kalshi, Polymarket, NoVig, and a multi-book odds feed — and every price is stored tagged with its source, so numbers stay comparable rather than blended into one.
Refresh cadence varies by source: some update hourly, others on a slower schedule or as periodic snapshots. A price on the board is the last one we collected, not a live quote, and it isn't an offer — we're not a sportsbook and can't take a bet at it. Always check your book before acting on a number here.
Mark-to-market value is our estimate of what a position is worth at current odds. It is not cash, and not a figure you can withdraw.
One of my bets hasn't settled
Settlement follows the market data we collect, so a bet stays open until the result reaches us — which can lag the final whistle. Awards and season-long markets settle when the outcome is published, not when it's reported.
If a bet stays open well after it should have resolved, tell us the bet and the market and we'll look. Name-spelling mismatches between a book and our data are a real cause of this, and they need a fix on our side.
Plans and billing
What's included in each plan is on the pricing page. For anything about a charge, a refund, or changing your plan, email us and include the address on the account.
Deleting your account or data
You can delete your account, your bets, and your settings yourself, any time, from Settings — it can't be undone. To ask for a copy of your data, or to exercise any other privacy right, email the same address; see the Privacy Policy for what we hold and why.
Bugs, and markets we don't cover
Bug reports are welcome — a screenshot and what you expected to happen is plenty. For a league or market we don't track yet, name the league and the specific market and we'll tell you whether it's something we can add.
What we can't help with
We can't help with anything at your sportsbook — deposits, withdrawals, a graded bet you disagree with, a locked account, or self-exclusion. We don't hold funds and have no access to your accounts there; that has to go to the book directly.
We also don't give betting advice or picks. Nothing on TrackFutures is betting, financial, or investment advice.
If gambling has stopped being fun, help is free, confidential, and available 24/7 — see Responsible Gambling, or call or text 1-800-GAMBLER.
